Added the ability to assign Facilities in Group Activities

Added the ability to assign a facility within Group Activity Timetable and Group Activity Timetable Amendments screens.

Online group Activities

Fixed online availability listing for Group Activities not correctly showing staff member when group Activity Timetable override is present.

Online Membership Payments Posting to PMS

Membership payments that are completed online after the site's last end-of-day has been completed are now recorded on the following day correctly, allowing them to post across to a PMS.

Reservation Deposits and Auto Pricing

The Payment Details tab (the deposits required section) and the deposit amounts taken now take into account guest auto-pricing rules.
