Fixed an error that would cause a client card type to still be assigned to a client card even after None was selected while a valid existing client card type was applied.

The discounts given report showed just the original price value and for the actual price field it included tax and gratuity etc. We have amended the original price field to also include tax and gratuity so that the discount shows correctly.

Resolved an error that appeared when creating a new site. The error referenced missing SalonSpy database fields.

Fixed an issue where you were unable to depart GAs when they weren't part of a reservation.

Fixed an issue with the data that was returned when making a membership payment via the API. The ID returned would instead be the ID of the payment type, this has been fixed, and the ID is now the actual ID of the payment as expected.

Fixed an issue with Appointment View crashing if you had different lists with the same facilities on it.
