Allow a Cloud User to See Secure File Store

In the Core User Manager for Core Cloud systems, you can now choose which users have access to the "Secure" file store folder.

Number of updates to run concurrently

When updating a Core installation, you can now specify how many environments to update concurrently to improve the performance and resource usage during an update. This defaults to the number of CPUs available on the server running the update.

API Merge Clients

We have resolved an issue where the API was throwing an error when the model state was valid. This was when attempting to merge clients.

Customer Golf Booking

Fixed a bug in the customer booking where when logged in the lead player would not be correctly selected as the logged in player.

EPOS New till

We have resolved an issue completing a bill in EPOS when using a new till that has not had any previous end of days completed.

Fix issue with Clients not being ticked for appointment reminders

Fixed an issue where newly created clients wouldn't be opted into appointment reminders for Golf when created from the Tee Booking

Fixed issue with amending reservations via API

Fixed an issue where appointment package times wouldn't update correctly via the API if the appointment was part of a selection.

Fixed an issue with the Future Business Overview report where the totals section would not appear.

Fixed issue with On-Account Item Report

Fixed an issue where the on-account item report would only load a handful of items instead of the full list that was selected

We have made an amendment to cater for dividing by 0 errors on Reports.

The Redemptions Outstanding and Reservation Deposits reports now run more efficiently and quicker than previously.

Customer Credit Card Details

We have removed the ability to capture customers credit card details within the Client Card, Mail Orders and the Reservation Management screen.

Expired Credit Cards

Within the daily maintenance in CORE. We now remove any credit cards details where the expiry Month & Year are before the current month and year.
