Clipboard Appointments

When moving an appointment off the clipboard into a column, the RSI points are correctly calculated to ensure that the Staff dsoes not go over their allocation

When discounting a Tee booking on a reservation, it now saves the monetary amount as well as the percentage when assigning a discount
