Improved efficiency of backups during updates

During an update, the application files are now backed up once instead of once for each database configured, which improves the speed of applying an update and reduces the disk space required in the application backup folder

Automated Group Activity Waiting List Job

Added functionality to control how often people on Group Activity Waiting Lists are automatically added to an open booking slot

Client Items on Account

The Account tab in the Client card now lists the value of items that are still on account based on the payments received, not items that have been transferred to account. Items that have gone into a negative are no longer identified as still outstanding

Fixed an issue when arriving appointments

Fixed an issue where having individual arrivals turned on for reservations caused a problem with reservation appointments being automatically marked as billed

Fixed an issue when arriving secondary appointments

Fixed an issue where secondary appointments on packages for the secondary client with a dual twin room booking would cause the appointment to be marked as billed

Fixed an issue where the date filter on the member hours analysis report wouldn't filter correctly

Fixed an issue where a refund for a single penny would appear when departing packages worth a certain value I.E 78.75

Fixed an issue with Client Membership number not returning correctly when queried from the API

Fixed issue with On-Account Item Report

Fixed an issue where the on-account item report would only load a handful of items instead of the full list that was selected

Membership API

Fixed a bug where renewing a membership with an expiry in the future via the API would cause the current date to be used as the basis for the new renewal date and not use the existing future date

On Account Print

When an item is put on to a clients account, then a partial refund is issued and finally the remainder is paid off. The partial refund was correctly not showing on the account but was showing on Account Print. We have amended the logic behind the report to hide these now

Speeding up Tee booking Process

We have made some optimisations to the code to speed up the booking process

Unscheduled or Not Required Facilities in Packages

Resolved a crash in Reception when departing a package that contains a facility booking that is either unscheduled or marked as not required
